Order YOYO - Technical Operations Manager2019 - 2020 Being a start-up company. I was involved in improving existing IT operations and establishing new ones. Such as:

Carlsberg Business Services  - IT Architect2012 - 2016 Being a part of the central IT IT Infrastructure for Carlsberg Business Solutions as an IT Architect. I worked on both minor and major projects as requested by the IT Lead Architect. My areas were covering:
  • Designing infrastructure mainly on complex windows servers covering various aspects such as Network, Security, Integration to various systems, SLAs, Sizing, etc
  • Vender management acting as a standard service request manager both with previous and new vendors while also defining the management model with new vendors
Shipco Transport Inc - IT Manager Americas2010 - 2012 I moved to New Jersey in the USA and worked for Shipco Transport who do wholesale international shipping at unbeatable prices all around the world. Working for Shipco Transport alongside more than 600 people in 20 offices spread across the United States, Canada, and South America. I have achieved the following goals:
  • Upgraded all the offices with new hardware and OS on both a user and a server level in 2011.
  • Upgrading more than 400 workstations and laptops to Windows7 / Ubuntu 10.x. All Servers (firewalls and Samba) from Debian to Centos 5.x.
  • Established the new IT department for IT support. Strategically, we have divided the team between IT support and IT development of which I contributed to establishing the IT support department and choosing the right people.
  • Managing four tech ops and one team lead
  • Solve the quality and stability issues with the VOIP phone system for the whole US.
  • Performing different cases and upgrading the hardware for VOIP and further converting offices on a landline to VOIP

Pihl & Søn - IT Project Manager2012 - 2016 I had the responsibility of monitoring the progress of the projects that were going on through a constructive and engaging play with the other involved project members from different departments and external resources. I also had the responsibility to inspire and motivate my colleagues as the boss' right-hand man. I worked according to Print2 as part of the strategic innovation that the projects followed.
  • In the period 2006-2007 - I had the management role in the development of a document management system. The system gathered information from the economy system, wage system, and Novell eDirectory
  • In the period 2007 - 2008 - I coordinated the introduction of a digital invoice system with integration to the economy system
  • In 2009 - I lead the integration of the new HR lessor wage system
  • I gained good knowledge of Novell Netware and administrative tools such as Console One
